CNC MAHCINE CLEANING DEVICE 

Title: Discharge of emulsion tank, filtration of fluid, cleaning of dirt inside and around the tank, cleaning of mud, fungi and turnings. The interference of scale and particles into the emulsion tank with the boron oil, which is used during the processing of metals, can not be prevented. 

The metal dusts mixed into the fluid, through the external oils over the fluid, stick to each other and make weight, and creates accumulation on the stillest region at the bottom of emulsion tank. This formation affects the conductivity of fluid, and makes it deformed and spoiled, thus it requires the renewal and cleaning of the tank.The turning lathe is stopped, the motors are removed, the fluid tank is taken out and it is required to be cleaned; this process causes loss of labor, and as the maintenance of emulsion is not performed it makes the emulsion wasted. 

With Filtmak Vacuum Device: It extracts the emulsion, which has become mud-like within the tank and which contains the metal particles, and makes it filtered; when it is required, without stopping the turning lathe and removing the tank, through the high suction power. It takes in the filtered emulsion to its own tank; it washes the turning lathe with the emulsion, which is separated from the metal dusts, through its high pressure pump, and after finishing the tank cleaning; it gives the cleaned emulsion back to the turning lathe.

It prevents the loss of time of the plant by performing this procedure in the shortest time.

Through the periodically performed tank cleaning; the spoilage and wastage of the emulsion is prevented.
